Mechanics of the Burn

The size of each burn correlates with 20% of the revenue generated from user activities in the MapleStory Universe (MSU), which includes marketplace transaction fees and in-game enhancements. Notably, revenues from grants, treasury operations, and external financing are not included in these calculations. The burned tokens are sent to a designated address on the Henesys chain, where they become unrecoverable due to the absence of a native burn function.

History of NXPC Burns

The NXPC burning initiative commenced on November 27, 2025, with an initial burn of approximately 3.84 million NXPC, valued at $1.65 million at that time. Subsequent burns have seen varying amounts destroyed:

• Second Burn: 1.61 million NXPC
• Third Burn: 2.88 million NXPC
• Fourth Burn: 3.33 million NXPC (largest to date)

Nexpace has committed to continuing its strategy of burning 20% of quarterly revenue.
